Upwards
The cold night air permits
A clear view of the night sky
Stars glowing and performing
Like actors on a deep dark blue stage
While the full moon shines it spotlight
On many a prayer drifting upwards
Adding to the canvas of dreams and aspirations
As they project through the atmosphere
Asking to be received
By a heavenly audience
