Poem of the Month

Twilight’s Hue

Where do I go

In these moments I observe alone?

When the heat of a summer’s day

Simmers and sinks into my bones

Watching pink skies flow into twilight’s hue

I remember that place between the stars

Where I once belonged

Where I once was whole

Fleetingly touching

That eternal light within my soul
